Vendor Fair/Convocation
July 22, 2009
AUGUST 20TH, 2009... Northwest ISD Council of PTA's is sponsoring our first VENDOR FAIR in conjunction with NISD CONVOCATION!
Beginning at 8AM we are inviting all NISD PTA members to come visit our VENDOR FAIR being presented at Byron Nelson High School. We will have great fundraising ideas and vendors, retail merchants from our community and surrounding areas, Financial Planners, realtors, programs, and entertainment from some of our students in the district as well as a PEPRALLY to help kickoff to a great year at NISD! We will be hosting this event from 8AM and ending at 6PM. This promises to be one of the events of the year for our district. Our teachers will attend Convocation throughout this day and will then be invited to browse, shop, and gather some great information. You can do the same! We are confirmed with 90 vendor booths that promise to be filled with some fantastic items. We will also have door prizes supplied by the numerous vendors of this fair! Come win some GREAT prizes!!
Please pass this to your membership via email or make this an item on the agenda of your next meeting to help get the word out about this exciting event. Be looking for flyers with more details about this event. Don't miss this CHARTER EVENT~~ If you or other members of your board are able to help during this event, please email me. We will have very minimal details that we could use assistance from each local PTA. If your PTA is available, we would love to have you join us... but more importantly we want to see you there enjoying the festivities!!!!
