Field Day
May 21, 2009
Attention All Parents --
Field Day is this Friday May 22nd. We are in need of a few more volunteers to help man the "Snack Shack."
This year there will be 2 "Snack Shacks" where the kids will come to get their snacks during the day. We need volunteers to help man the shacks for 1 hour time slots beginning at 8am. If you would like to lend a hand you can sign up at the front desk on the sign up sheets or email Deborah Tierney at deborahtierney@charter.net with the time that you can volunteer.
We think that the new "Snack Shacks" will be fun for the kids and eliminate the need to drag coolers of snacks around all day.

Field Day Clarification --
With the introduction of the new "Snack Shack" -- we just want to make sure that everyone knows that the items in the "Snack Shack" are FREE -- there is no charge for these and the students do not need to bring cash to school to purchase items.
The "Snack Shacks" are just a way to allow the students to select from a variety of items.
We hope that the new "Snack Shacks" will be fun for the kids and easier for the volunteers.
