Health and Fitness Night

Beck Elementary PTO Presents
Tuesday, November 18, 2008 At Beck Elementary 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Doors Open at 5:30 pm
PTO General Meeting at 5:45 pm Event Night from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Fit4FUN Challenge - Kids will be able to challenge their parents to a fitness challenge through a series of stations in the Gym
Come Learn the moves to the “Cha-Cha Slide” and other fun dance songs with help from your Northwest High School Leaders!
Healthy Turkey Wraps, Baked Chips, Apples, Water and Milk available at 5:30 pm
First Come, First Served, Quantity limited.

FLU SHOTS AND VACCINES
For an affordable rate of $23 for flu shots
$14 for vaccines
Open to public from 3:00pm - 4:30pm
Open to Beck families ONLY from 5:30pm - 7:00pm

Nutri-Ouest
Pediatric Nutritionist and Dietician Carrie Lutter will provide insightful and kid friendly tips on how to eat healthy. A fun quiz at the end of the talk will be given. All 100% correct quizzes will be placed in a drawing for a $10 certificate to the Book Fair. One winner each, for grades K-2 and grades 3-5.
